Spa Tub, Marble & Teak Trim

Client wanted a "Spa in the Sky" experience on 8th floor high-rise condominium. LG sourced very best Air-Jet tub from JASON (original Jacuzzi & Sons). Italian marble wrapped the tub sides & spread across the floor. Teak trim was carefully added to tub ledges, baseboards, & gave the Spa feel. Curves were integrated to visually soften the hardscape. LG chose a calming, dark, burgundy paint...Its nice to come home!

Painting Bedrooms & Bathrooms

This was the Cient's first purchased home. Largo Green (LG) took extra care to be sure client got all the time he needed to learn what paint options were available. After several iterations with 15 different color samples, client arrived at colors for his master bedroom & bathroom. There were 2 sets of crown moldings, & lots of trim around windows, doors, & baseboards. The end result was well received. 

High Rise Condominium

Walk-in Spa Shower has Italian & Greek marble, top to bottom Features include: Teak wood floor-matting & shower bench, multiple Hansgrohe fixtures, seamless glass shower door, triple recessed lighting, textured grab bar, & ceiling tiles. Marble walls. ceiling, & floors are from Italy & Greece, and in dark rich burgundy, white, olive & black colors.  Lots of Teak wood accents throughout to bring the SPA experience to life.

Pressure Wash 25,000sf Concrete/Pavers

This was Largo Green’s (LG) 3rd big project for this urban HOA client with 47 townhomes. There's 5 common driveways, 2 elaborate courtyards with sidewalks & pavilions, multiple parking areas, dozens of private patios, & several other sidewalks throughout property. LG deep cleaner all flat surfaces with our heavy duty surface cleaners. LG removed years of caked on grime & algae, delivering a refreshing result!
