Electric Panels/Circuits GFCI ARC Breakers

Client rehired LG to upgrade many outlets to GFCI. Also LG upgraded the ACR breakers. There were challenges discovered in circuits with disjointed flow. LG used tracers to locate the issues, faced the needed points, & delivered an up-yo-code result. 

Lighting in High-Rise Condo

High-rise condo had slab ceilings. Largo Green Inc. (LG) had to build furr downs to house overhead lighting, HVAC, and other utilities. Metal tracking & studs were required to build strong furr downs. Sheetrock was attached and curves were formed with expert tape/floaters. Spot lights, down lights, and area lights were combined for the desired effects in each room: living, dining, kitchen, entry, bathrooms, and bedroom.

Vent Down-Draft Gas Cooktop Repaired

This was Largo Green’s 13th project for this client. The down-draft mechanism wasn’t working. LG removed the vent’s individual components one by one. LG tested each separately & isolated the transfomer as the only problem. LG saved client $1000s by ordering just one new part vs having to buy a brand new appliance. 

80+ Lights Upgraded

Client hired Largo Green (LG) to remove, replace, & upgrade dozens of outdated lights. LG sourced LED Soft White, 120w, bulbs to balance many rooms overhead lighting. The trims were inconsistent colors, so LG removed & painted, or sourced new trim, to match the desired color.

Front Door Rerpaired/Upgraded Smart Locks

This is 4th project with this Client for Largo Green (LG). Front door was out of balance, casing was cracked, & Client wanted to upgrade to Smart Locks. LG removed old casing, replaced with new wood, added new weatherstripping & door bottom, then installed the new Smart Locks.

Largo Green Inc. (LG) does multiple kinds of electrical projects. One we enjoy and are doing more frequently, is replacing/upgrading entire, outdated, electric panels.  One specific panel and breaker manufacturer has been causing a growing percentage of the market to depend on them unfairly. The breakers are said to only fit into their panels. And the breakers are much more expensive than market. 
LG can replace an entire panel at half to a third what most electricians charge. We do it for between $900-$1200 versus the $2500-$3000 most electricians charge.

Client was owner of 40-year old condominium. Humidity fan was making noise & was very old. LG removed the old fan after much challenge. The old fan was nailed into wood beams in ceiling. The extraction took some time, but LG managed to get it out. LG installed there new fan, tested it, & all is now good.

Tankless water Heater Install

Client insisted on switching from traditional hot water tank heater to this new tankless heater. Largo Green Inc. (LG) diagnosed aging plumbing and switched out sections of galvanized pipe with fresh new copper lines. Electric panel was upgraded with stronger breakers and wiring to accommodate the new tankless heater. LG tested the water flow and temperature over several days  All was a success.

Tankless Hot water Heater Flushed Clean

Largo Green (LG) flushed this Tankless Hot Water Heater (HWH) from years of built-up grime & residue. LG first disconnected the water lines, then attached a battery-powered motor, & setup a closed system of hoses for flushing. LG used 2 gallons of white vinegar run through the closed system for 2 hours. LG achieved a super clean result. 

3 New AC Systems

This was 11th project for the same client. Largo Green (LG) replaced 3 entire outdated AC systems. After removing old systems, LG upgraded all to higher SEER Condensers & Coils Both Carrier & Goodman were used. Included pumping down old refrigerant, pulling complete vacuum, extensive copper line work inckuding brazing, fitting, & insulating; electrical work, demolition of old plenums, adding new drain lines, float cutoff switchs, & mastic/tape. 

FOG Tank: New Thermo Cutoff & Power Switch

Client hired Largo Green, Inc. (LG) to deliver maintenance to their world class restaurant's FOG (Fats, Oils, & Grease) Soaking Tank  The thermal cutoff limit mechanism was inoperative. Also the main power switch was worn out.
