550' Cedar Fence Replacement

Client (urban HOA community of 100+ townhouses), needed 550 linear feet perimeter wood fence removed, and totally rebuilt. This was Largo Green Inc.'s    (LG) 3rd wood-fence project from this client. LG was meticulous in our attention to detail, both during the 6-month bid process, and 3 week installation. Intense heat & many rain delays, made the project challenging. But LG delivered a superb result.

Wrought Iron Fence RePaint

Client spotted Largo Green Inc. (LG) just blocks away from their property, while LG was painting another HOA gated community iron fence. It was just before the holidays and this new client wanted their fence painted also. LG worked briskly to bid and set up the team. Client was helpful coordinating landscapers to remove bushes and dig out ground fence bars so LG could treat with rust then prime/paint.

Fence Gaps (between Brick pillars and Wood fence) Closed Tight & Handsomely

Client's urban HOA gated-community, had growing gaps in their fence joints at both property corners. Largo Green Inc. (LG) discovered thick, pesky, well-established, vines growing deep in the corners, pushing wood fences away from the brick pillars. LG rid the vines & brought the fences together with hurricane metal straps, anchoring them into the mortar with cement screws. LG built a tightly closed, handsome result on both property corners.

Painting Deck Railing

This was Largo Green’s (LG) 6th project for this client. The upper deck, wrought iron railing, was badly weathered. Rust had formed in many areas. LG first scraped the surface rust, then treated railings with phosphoric acid to remove deeper rust. LG applied the best Direct-to-Metal (DTM) primer & DTM Paint from Sherwin Williams. This refreshed, restored, & renewed the lustre & railing’s protection for years to come.

260' Wooden Fence Repaired/Reinforced

Client had multiple issues with 3 sided fence on perimeter of back yard. Largo Green (LG) saved client $100s by reinforcing trouble areas rather than replacing. LG cut away significant encroaching foliage. LG straightened entire sections adding much longer cross members spanning 3 posts. LG replaced the 2 unsalvageable posts and a dozen or so pickets. 

260' Fence Repair-Reinforce

Wrought Iron Fence Renewed & Repainted.

Gated community of 12 townhomes needed their 7 year-old, wrought iron fence & gates restored, & repainted. HOA hired Largo Green (LG) to deliver a solution to extend the life of the fence, gates, fireboxes, & mailboxes. LG worked around mature vines covering 60% of the fence. LG removed extensive rust on the fence pickets, posts, & fireboxes. LG delivered a shiny fence, with fresh gates, mailboxes, & fireboxes.

160' Iron Fence Repainted.

Fence (Wood) Repairs

Client hired Largo Green, Inc. (LG) to rebuild multiple sections of a 300' wood perimeter fence. Wind damage & post decay, caused entire sections to collapse. LG strengthened, stabilized, & straightened multiple sections by replacing several posts, adding many new cross-members, & reinforcing dozens of fence joints with metal braces.

Client had unstable, weakened, leaning fence sections on 3 sides. Posts were rotten, or leaning to pull fence sections far off center. Largo Green (LG) explained a new fence was not necessary. LG leveraged effective reinforcement techniques to straighten, strengthen, & stabilize the fence. LG delivered a solid solution for a fraction of the cost of new fencing, extending the fence life.

Gated Community Fireboxes, PED gates, & Gate Welding

HOAs vehicle & pedestrian gates are adorned with 911 key boxes, address markers, & misc. signage. Largo Green Inc. (LG) refreshed 8 PED gates with all attachments. LG first cleaned the metal, removed mature rust, theN treated damaged metal with heavy duty rust killer solutions. We then primed & painted the address signs, fireboxes, & gates to restore their vibrancy & curb appeal.

Wood Fence Gates

Client hired Largo Green (LG) to Repair & Reinforce 2 areas of fencing.  LG removed the old back gate, replaced certain components, and straightened the configuration. Then LG repaired the fallen front gate. LG added a new post, cementing it deeper & wider than the previous.. LG added several metal reinforcement braces & cement screws to stabilize, tighten, & anchor the gate & fence.

Wrought Iron Fence Rust Removal & RePaint

This gated community had a heavily rusted wrought-iron perimeter fence. Largo Green (LG) removed a bunch of mature rust & peeling paint. LG removed rust with grinders, chemical treatments, & rust transformers. LG primed & painted the exposed metal with Direct-to-Metal (DTM), exterior, oil-based, paint from Sherwin Williams. LG updated the FireBoxes with fresh primer, safety red paint & new "Fire Dept." decals.
