Spa Bathroom

Client retained Largo Green (LG) to source a specific color palette of imported marble for their "SPA in the SKY" high rise condo. Client wanted a rich, old-world, calming effect, and desired burgundy, olive, white, and black veins. LG visited 2 dozen marble suppliers & finally discovered a single batch of uniquely colored tiles. The olive color component was the most difficult to locate.

Engineered hardwood Install

Client in  5 year old townhome hired Largo Green (LG) to help select, source, & install handsome hardwood floors. LG removed bedroom/bathroom carpet, then installed the engineered planks. LG made sure to alternate the layout to give a most random look per client request.

Bathroom Floor Upgraded

Client retained Largo Green (LG) to convert their guest bathroom from carpet to porcelain tile. Floor also creaked when walking over. 
LG removed the carpet to inspect the sub flooring. LG added a cement board layer and tightly screwed that down to studs. LG installed the polished porcelain tiles around all corners, under doors, and then added a new door threshold.

2400sf New Carpet Installed

This was Largo Green’s (LG) 12th project for this client. House had sat empty for several years. LG sourced & installed 2400sf of new carpet/padding  for entire upstairs of this 6000sf, 2-story, & 5 bedroom home.

High Rise Condominium

Client had high rise condo with a French country style in mind. Largo Green (LG) sourced walnut travertine tiles in multiple shapes & sizes, to install a Versailles pattern. LG offered client the choice to eliminate all grout spaces by double beveling all the dges of all the different sized tiles. This gave the cleaner look of space between tiles & also eliminated need for cleaning grout over time.

Kitchen Stone Floor

Client wanted a "old-world rustic charm".  LG sourced 300 yr-old, reclaimed cathedral stones from Chateau Domingue, a world renown architectural antique dealer, local to Houston, Texas. These “dalles” were often so fragile that they chipped or cracked if not handled carefully. The character “patina” on the stones showed the age. The multitude of color variations are indicative of the trace minerals in the French Burgundy region. It took awhile to find all the right sizes to build the mosaic floor.

Porcelain Floor Install

Clent hired Largo Green (LG) thru Houzz. The first floor office was carpeted & an eyesore. LG sourced the porcelain wood flooring, removed the old carpet, mixed & soread nortar, installed wood planks, quarter rounds, & transition pieces into hallway.

Engineered Wood Floor

Largo Green (LG) was retained to install an engineered wood floor. LG leveled the slab with copious amounts of LevelQuik cement. Then LG chose a super strong underlayment, EZMat (water proof, sound proof, mold proof, & provides deep impact cushioning.) LG installed wood with meticulous attention, strong glue, &  extra care was taken to prevent any spaces/cracks between planks.

Client in  5 year old townhome hired  Largo Green (LG) to help select, source, & install handsome laninate woodf loor. LG removed carpet, installed moisture barrier, then wood planks. LG ensured not even the tinest crack was exposed. LG finished off the room installing quarter rounds & door rhresholds.

Teak wood Shower Floor Mats

Client wanted a "Spa-like" master batH. LG researched facets of spa. A universal aspect stood out, wood features. Teak was by far the most used in spas because of its longevity where exposed to moisture. LG designed slatted teak floor matting, so dirty water would flow through the slats away from one's feet. Teak is comfortable, gives traction, & handsome. TEAK was oiled with TEAK OIL to enrich the look & feel.

Floor Leveling

Several rooms at this client's house were badly in need of leveling. Largo Green Inc. (LG) used wood blocking, and even installed beams where needed. The 2 upstairs bedrooms were refitted with sturdy plywood flooring. The kitchen below also needed leveled. The laser level LG used showed some areas as much as 3-4" of depth. LG applied Level Quik, both upstairs and down, spread over several layers and days.
