Spa Tub, Marble & Teak Trim

Client wanted a "Spa in the Sky" experience on 8th floor high-rise condominium. LG sourced very best Air-Jet tub from JASON (original Jacuzzi & Sons). Italian marble wrapped the tub sides & spread across the floor. Teak trim was carefully added to tub ledges, baseboards, & gave the Spa feel. Curves were integrated to visually soften the hardscape. LG chose a calming, dark, burgundy paint...Its nice to come home!

IKEA Kitchen

Client's house sets on bay & nautical theme is pervasive.  Client's IKEA cabinets were delivered long before Largo Green (LG) was retained. Over 550 pieces of IKEA materials were waiting for assembly/ & installation.. The IKEA solutions were complicated at times. Many components were missing, or needed exchanged. LG performed custom changes such as wood trim, & lighting, to round out a galley kitchen feel.

Water Damaged Traditional Kitchen

Hurricane Harvey dumped 4 feet of water on this client. Largo Green Inc. (LG) started with nothing but a slab & brick walls. LG rebuilt the counters with granite, installed cabinets, sourced appliances, & installed travertine floor Then LG completed the electrical, plumbing, and tankless hot water heater installation.

Largo Green, Inc. (LG) sourced, fabricated, and installed multiple slabs of colorful granite for this client's new kitchen. LG sourced bull-nosed slabs, cut & installed the pieces together, and added backsplashes to deliver a handsome result.

High Rise Condominium

Walk-in Spa Shower has Italian & Greek marble, top to bottom Features include: Teak wood floor-matting & shower bench, multiple Hansgrohe fixtures, seamless glass shower door, triple recessed lighting, textured grab bar, & ceiling tiles. Marble walls. ceiling, & floors are from Italy & Greece, and in dark rich burgundy, white, olive & black colors.  Lots of Teak wood accents throughout to bring the SPA experience to life.

Bathroom Floor Upgraded

Client retained Largo Green (LG) to convert their guest bathroom from carpet to porcelain tile. Floor also creaked when walking over. 
LG removed the carpet to inspect the sub flooring. LG added a cement board layer and tightly screwed that down to studs. LG installed the polished porcelain tiles around all corners, under doors, and then added a new door threshold.

Client retained Largo Green Inc (LG) to design new shower with a frameless glass door & marble shower stall. LG accompanied client to Floor & Decor, and Home Depot, to assist client decide on material choices. After careful demolition, LG was certain to thoroughly water proof all components.

Water Leak Kitchen Restoration

Client retained Largo Green Inc. (LG) to restore a condominium's kitchen/dining room after a neighbor leaked water. LG completed the demolition of sheetrock, mirrored wall, & countertops, rebuilt the walls, including wall insulation. LG replaced sink cabinet, rebuilt kitchen counter, sourced exact marble tiles, & added matching trim. LG textured/painted walls, added crown molding, baseboards, & reattached appliances.

Bathroom(s) Full Rebuild after Hurricane Harvey

Harvey dumped 5 feet of water in this client's house. largo Green Inc. started with nothing but a slab and brick walls. For 2 bathrooms, we sheet-rocked, installed floors, cabinets, granite counter tops, toilets, sinks, and showers. We textured & painted, plumbed, ran electric, installed doors, exhaust fans, and lighting.

Teak wood Shower Floor Mats

Client wanted a "Spa-like" master batH. LG researched facets of spa. A universal aspect stood out, wood features. Teak was by far the most used in spas because of its longevity where exposed to moisture. LG designed slatted teak floor matting, so dirty water would flow through the slats away from one's feet. Teak is comfortable, gives traction, & handsome. TEAK was oiled with TEAK OIL to enrich the look & feel.

Kitchen Stone Floor

Client wanted a "old-world rustic charm".  LG sourced 300 yr-old, reclaimed cathedral stones from Chateau Domingue, a world renown architectural antique dealer, local to Houston, Texas. These “dalles” were often so fragile that they chipped or cracked if not handled carefully. The character “patina” on the stones showed the age. The multitude of color variations are indicative of the trace minerals in the French Burgundy region. It took awhile to find all the right sizes to build the mosaic floor.

Bathroom Wainscoting & Painting

This was Largo Green’s (LG) 7th project for this ckient. HOA of 60 townhomes has been a ckient since 2016. LG was hired to upgrade pool cabana restroom. LB used the microbicidal PaintShield from Sherwin Williams that is used in 90% of hospitals & nursing homes. LG deep cleaned the entire restroom top to bottom. LG installed wainscoting, then applied the 2 colors of PaintShield in matching colors to HOA pool cabana. 

Spa Bathroom

Client retained Largo Green (LG) to source a specific color palette of imported marble for their "SPA in the SKY" high rise condo. Client wanted a rich, old-world, calming effect, and desired burgundy, olive, white, and black veins. LG visited 2 dozen marble suppliers & finally discovered a single batch of uniquely colored tiles. The olive color component was the most difficult to locate.

Stone Stacked Kitchen Backsplash

Client retained Largo Green, Inc. (LG) to install stacked stones on her new kitchen backsplash. The stones were primarily white and in small sections so LG had plenty of cuts and measurements to perform. LG expertly set up the layout by using squares, levels, & years of stone mason experience. LG alternated the stone sections so as not to build a repeating pattern, as client wanted a random natural look. 
Brite-white, non-sanded, grout and white caulking were applied throughout the final configuration to close cracks, gas, or irregularities in the stone edges. In the kitchen, LG used a primer specially deigned for glazed tile, that eliminated the messy demolition step. The adhesive made the stone stick to the existing tile effectively.

Painting High-rise Condo Master Bedroom

Client's wanted to create a retreat of calming comfort in high-rise condo. The goal was to make things simple, monochromatic, & rich in color. Largo Green, Inc. (LG) finished off a master bathroom in deep, ancient burgundy paint to pull together the colors from the already installed Italian Rossa Levanto marble. LG experimented with different shades of burgundy, then had a deep burgundy pigment custom made.

Kitchen Ceiling Beam Cedar Trim

Reclaimed cedar wood was re-purposed, and wrapped existing ceiling beams with drop-lamp lights, much like a ship at sea. Bamboo thatch covers the ceiling.
The reclaimed cedar wood was sourced from client's batten boards.  Largo Green Inc. (LG) removed batten boards from client's house exterior, then planed them with a large planing machine. LG then scraped the planed wood with wire brushes. to bring back the clean, rich-smelling, cedar core. Once the weathered grey color and surface debris were removed, LG wet the wood to be more soft and absorbent. Then LG stained the boards with a cedar stain, before sealing with a polyurethane clear final coat. 
LG installed the cedar trim directly onto the bare ceiling beams, and added the cedar trim around the kitchen ceiling sheetrock. LG cut out holes to allow for the lighting features. All cedar pieces were angled together with 45 degree end cuts, both along the lengths and widths. This made for a solid install and tighter grip.

Tub Teak Trim

New Gas Line Gas Range

Client hired Largo Green (LG) to add a gas line for her new gas stove. LG connected to the gas line in the attic 50' away. LG had to navigate through 2 HVAC systems, a Hot Water Tank, & multiple turns through multiple walls to reach the gas stove below. LG carefully threaded, sealed, & tested all gas line connections LG upgraded, installed & tested all electrical connections.

Trough Stone Sink (Provence)

Largo Green, Inc. (LG), served this client with a very specific vision in mind. Client wanted to build a "Spa in the Sky" in their 8th floor high-rise condo master bathroom. LG sourced 300 year old stone trough sinks to deliver a tactile result.
The French limestone sink complimented the Spa experience of teakwood, sauna, jacuzzi massage tub, Italian marble, and much more. 

Oversized Mirror Install

This was LGs 12th project for this client. The hollywood bath extra large mirror had broken. LG sourced a custom glass vendor. They took meticulous measurements tgen delivered/ibstalled the new mirror with steady dexterity.  

Teakwood Bathroom Cabinets

Largo Green Inc. (LG) built multiple bathroom cabinets from teak wood to fit the SPA theme in the Master suite. One cabinet was next to shower and others were atop the infrared sauna area.
