Custom Cedar Lined Closet

Largo Green (LG) converted a small closet into a spacious walk-in closet with multiple customized features. Client purchased a 30-year-old high rise condo that had very small rooms, doorways, & low ceilings. LG expanded the spaces, combining rooms into larger ones, closets into inviting walk-ins, & raised the ceilings by 18". The custom closet was built of red oak hardwood, & fully lined in cedar, top to bottom.

Stairs

Client had a 2-story beach house with a stairwell that was added to when client decided to go from a 1-story to a 2-story house. The stairwell was not level, stable, or comfortable to navigate. Largo Green (LG) removed the entire old staircase and started from scratch. LG changed the configuration after analyzing the total rise and run metrics. The result LG delivered was more evenly balanced.
LG built all new stair elements. LG used pressure-treated lumber and extra supports. The design integrated the windows and 90 degree turn halfway up the stairwell. Later the trim and railings were added, all customized to fit the client's preferences.

This client wanted a secure, handsome railing. Largo Green Inc. (LG) followed the client desire to reclaim & repurpose cedar batten boards from client's old house. LG planed, filed/sanded off old weathering, & cut the fresh cedar into strips. LG shaped the strips into effective raisins. Then sanded, stained, & sealed them. After support boards were put into place, LG attached the railings. The continuity & flow of the railing was priority.

Gas Fireplace Repairs/Upgradesa

This was 9th project for this Largo Green (LG) client. Gas fireplace had been idle for years. LG checked/cleaned the flue, chimney, gas line, pilot light, starter, & remote. LG added glowing embers & crystals, painted inside bricks & metal, cleaned both glass panels thoroughly, & installed a new remote.

Garage Storage Rack Install

Client procured SafeRacks overhead storage racks from CostCo and needed installers with the correct tools and knowhow. Largo Green Inc. (LG) was retained and responded within 2 days on a Saturday morning to deliver results. 2 man team from LG accomplished the install in 3 hours. LG's signature measurements, leveling, and squared corners is evident. Client awarded LG more projects as result. 

TV Mounted

This was 10th oroject for this Largo Green (LG) client. LG found wall studs, drew/taped level lines. & attached the TV mount deep into the wall studs. Once LG attached the TV to the mount, LG adjusted the tilt & level so Client could get table items safely underneath the TV. 

Teakwood Bathroom Cabinets

Largo Green Inc. (LG) built multiple bathroom cabinets from teak wood to fit the SPA theme in the Master suite. One cabinet was next to shower and others were atop the infrared sauna area.

Stone Stacked on Fireplace & Kitchen Backsplash

Client retained Largo Green, Inc. (LG) to install stacked stones on her new home's fireplace. The stones were primarily white and in small sections so LG had plenty of cuts and measurements to perform. LG expertly set up the layout by using squares, levels, & years of stone mason experience. LG alternated the stone sections so as not to build a repeating pattern, as client wanted a random natural look. 
Brite-white, non-sanded, grout and white caulking were applied throughout the final configuration to close cracks, gas, or irregularities in the stone edges. 
LG brought several trim styles to finish off the wall edges, making the transition from the former design to the new, smooth & seamless. 
LG then installed the new mantel picked out by the client. LG installed the solid header boards and used very long, coated screws to anchor the headers to the wall studs. Once the mantel was installed over the header, LG used longer screws to secure the mantel to the header. 
LG finished the job by painting the black metal of the fireplace trim, as well as, the stone borders, with black gloss paint. This gave the final project a handsome, slick, & bordered look.
In the end, client was overjoyed and fully embraced her new home's centerpiece. Please see the very last picture herein with client's appreciative review.

Cabinet Knobs & Pulls

Client had MANY (Several Dozens) of cabinets knobs and cabinet pulls to be installed. Client found Largo Green, Inc. (LG) and we deployed quickly to add all that new shiny trim to client's kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. 
The upscale hardware was quite specific but LG had all the correct tools and knowhow to deliver a quick success.

Client hired Largo Green (LG) carpenters to design & build a dual purpose laundry hamper. 1st thing was to store dirty laundry, until full load was gathered The 2nd was to create a bench seat where one could sit while drying off, etc.. LG chose teak wood for its SPA-like quality, feel, look, & durability around water & humidity. It was challenging to soften the teak so it would bend into place. .
