Gas Lanterns Upgraded

Client hired Largo Green (LG) to clean, repair, & upgrade 2 entry gas lamps. The copper gas lines passed the gas leak test, but were clogged with soot. LG cleaned & serviced them. LG also repaired a glass panel & mental hinge.

Mailbox Replacement

Client had their mailbox knocked down multiple times. Largo Green (LG) dug out the old brick shallow foundation and dug a much deeper hole. LG used multiple long screws and misc. metal scraps attached to the post, to firmly anchor the pole into thick fresh cement at bottom of hole. LG assembled & attached the mailbox then leveled it while cement dried into place. 

Deck Stain Pressure Washed

Largo Green (LG) battled extensive rain/thunder showers over 3 days to remove the stubborn reddish-brown deck stain (800sf). LG applied a stripper liquid to loosen the old stain but the real effort was a steady, patient, application of direct pressure throughout the wood grain. Any wood burr was sanded off. LG delivered a fresh new natural wood result.

Pavers Steps and Steps Repairs

Client was urban HOA community. Multiple homeowners had loose and/or cracked pavers just outside their front doors. Largo Green Inc. (LG) removed trouble pavers, re-leveled base foundation around underneath, and built up the bed with polymeric joint stabilizing sand to both cushion and secure the pavers into a firm solid configuration. Once LG wet the final setting, the moisture activated the polymeric sand to adhere top the pavers.

Sealing 4th Floor Balcony with Lacquer

Client hired Largo Green (LG) for stopping multiple water leaks all from 4th floor slate balcony. After LG resolved the water leaks, LG topped it all off with tremendously strong Lacquer sealer. LG added 3 coats of the DuPont industrial strength lacquer to soak deeply into the porous slate. And the wet-look sheen, once dry, gave a beautiful colorful appeal.

Rock Terraces & Planters

Client had nearly 60% of property perimeter bordering a dry winding ravine. LG captured the beauty of the 80% shaded hillside with fortified rock terraces & planters. LG extended the property outward, creating more usable property where it had originally sloped down & away.  Much foliage grew quickly into & out of the "terraced" planters, rich with fresh compost. 


Backyard Custom Planters

Client hired LG to make tgeir custom planters a realiry. LG spent considerable time understanding the design. Just about every detail was addressed: weatherized wood, angles, heights, utility lines locations, drainage, sprinklers, & much more. LG battled rainy & icy conditions but saw tge project thru to completion. 

Hillside Planters

Client has a hillside lot blanketed with a 3-tier canopy of huge trees, foliage, & ground cover. Property edge is a sloped hillside bottoming out to a dry ravine. But the ravine fills with rushing water during rains. LG wanted to both reinforce the hillside and add pockets for more foliage to grow and attach to rocks. LG made cement bases, then added moss rock to build up the planters. LG made sure to leave drainage openings at bottoms of planters, then added sprinklers throughout  Some planters became connected so as to form terraces not he hillside.

Curved, Shaded, Wooden Deck & Gazebo

Client had a "dry ravine" bordering 40% of their heavily wooded property. The dense foliage offered 100% fragrant shade for a pleasant retreat. Largo Green (LG) captured the setting by building a curved deck & gazebo. This traced both the property border, & flow-line of temporary rushes of rainfall from the neighborhood's runoff past this end lot. LG tethered deck to the hillside with rock planters & waterfall.

Soffits & Roof Repairs

Client had roof vents loose and installed ineffectively with shingles. This caused gradual water leakage the flow down to the soffits/fascia and into the sheetrock inside the kitchen and office. Largo Green (LG) sealed the source of the water leaks around the vents with the strongest silicon sealers. Then LG removed all damaged/rotten soffit/fascia boards. LG replaced those soffit/fascia boards, caulked, sealed, then painted the new soffit boards.

Deep Clean HOA Pool Deck & Cabana

Client was HOA for large gated community with common pool, cabana, and grounds. Largo Green (LG) pressure washed away years of stone wall grime, stone pillar stains, and light fixtures bug buildup. The result was a fresh, clean, like-new appeal

Fascia & Soffit Repairs

Client hada make-ready-for-sale house and retained Largo Green, Inc. (LG) to complete multiple projects. One was to address dirty and decaying soffits & fascia.
LG first pressure washed the entire house perimeter of so fits and fascia. Then LG scraped away cracked/peeling paint. LG also removed all rotting wood. 
Once dry, LG sanded the damaged areas, added wood patch where needed, & installed new wood sections & trim. 
Then LG primed and painted the entire house perimeter soffits and fascia
