Stairs Rebuild

Client had a 2-story beach house with a stairwell that was added to when client decided to go from a 1-story to a 2-story house. The stairwell was not level, stable, or comfortable to navigate. Largo Green (LG) removed the entire old staircase and started from scratch. LG changed the configuration after analyzing the total rise and run metrics. The result LG delivered was more evenly balanced.

LG built all new stair elements. LG used pressure-treated lumber and extra supports. The design integrated the windows and 90 degree turn halfway up the stairwell. Later the trim and railings were added, all customized to fit the client's preferences.
