Client had been self-building a 2nd home on site of this beach front property. They had spread their work out gradually over 16 years. Much of the carpentry had been done solely by the patience and thorough loner himself. As such, when Largo Green, Inc. (LG) arrived to help client finish, many of the wood areas had need of realignment, reinforcement, or restructuring.
