This gated community had a heavily rusted wrought-iron perimeter fence. Largo Green (LG) removed a bunch of mature rust & peeling paint. LG removed rust with grinders, chemical treatments, & rust transformers. LG primed & painted the exposed metal with Direct-to-Metal (DTM), exterior, oil-based, paint from Sherwin Williams. LG updated the FireBoxes with fresh primer, safety red paint & new "Fire Dept." decals.
