High-rise condo had slab ceilings. Largo Green Inc. (LG) had to build furr downs to house overhead lighting, HVAC, and other utilities. Metal tracking & studs were required to build strong furr downs. Sheetrock was attached and curves were formed with expert tape/floaters. Spot lights, down lights, and area lights were combined for the desired effects in each room: living, dining, kitchen, entry, bathrooms, and bedroom.
