This client has been slowly building a second house over more than a decade. Lots sheet rocking needed both upstairs and down. And the stairwell also! Largo Green Inc. (LG) deployed teams at times, as well as 1-2 men when needed.

Lighting in High-Rise Condo

High-rise condo had slab ceilings. Largo Green Inc. (LG) had to build furr downs to house overhead lighting, HVAC, and other utilities. Metal tracking & studs were required to build strong furr downs. Sheetrock was attached and curves were formed with expert tape/floaters. Spot lights, down lights, and area lights were combined for the desired effects in each room: living, dining, kitchen, entry, bathrooms, and bedroom.

Divider Wall Removed

Client wanted to expand the look & feel of older interior room designs. Removing a room divider wall was necessary. LG consulted with a structural engineer to determine load bearing aspects. Engineer determined must kappa portions to maintain structural integrity. LG maneuvered around those load bearing sections. LG carefully removed drywall, electric, & plumbing. Then rebuilt the areas near ceiling etc. that kept the new wall in tact. 

Painting Bedrooms & Bathrooms

This was the Cient's first purchased home. Largo Green (LG) took extra care to be sure client got all the time he needed to learn what paint options were available. After several iterations with 15 different color samples, client arrived at colors for his master bedroom & bathroom. There were 2 sets of crown moldings, & lots of trim around windows, doors, & baseboards. The end result was well received.

Client had been self-building a 2nd home on site of this beach front property. They had spread their work out gradually over 16 years. Much of the carpentry had been done solely by the patience and thorough loner himself. As such, when Largo Green, Inc. (LG) arrived to help client finish, many of the wood areas had need of realignment, reinforcement, or restructuring.

Stone Wall Master Bedroom

This client has a high-rise condo master bedroom, and he wanted the main wall to be a rustic reminder of a rural childhood farmhouse.  All natural stones were sourced locally for varied color, shapes, textures, and structure. The project took approx. 10 weekends. The attention to load balancing, complimented the thick wire mesh and brick ties underneath. 
Stones were selected that allowed a mosaic to be formed around ledges, left behind small alcoves, and accommodated utility outlets. Fresh high-density cement was scraped to reveal and showcase the stone edges, curves, & corners. Interlocking stones came together to build strength and attract your touch.

Painting Interior 6000sf House

Client hired Largo Green (LG) to make-ready house for market. This involved extensive exterior & interior painting, wall-paper removal, & repairs. The challenge was house sat empty for many years & several rooms had very dark colors. LG cleaned, patched, primed & paibted the entire 2nd floor of 4 bedrooms, hallways, & multiple common rooms. Cailings on 1st floor were high and LG resurfaced them all.

Client hired Largo Green (LG) to repair & upgrade water damaged floor & walls in 1st floor office. LG installed porcelain wood planks, then added wianscoting, and painted the entire office. Viola!

Painting 7500sf Residence: inside/outside

Client hired Largo Green (LG) to remove wallpaper from several upstairs rooms, then repaint them all. It was a make-ready after years of house sitting vacant. LG meticulously & carefully removed walloper, underlayment, & succeeded in not damaging any sheetrock. After priming, LG applied 2 coats of paint to restore the rooms.

Bathroom Wainscoting & Painting

This was Largo Green’s (LG) 7th project for this ckient. HOA of 60 townhomes has been a ckient since 2016. LG was hired to upgrade pool cabana restroom. LB used the microbicidal PaintShield from Sherwin Williams that is used in 90% of hospitals & nursing homes. LG deep cleaned the entire restroom top to bottom. LG installed wainscoting, then applied the 2 colors of PaintShield in matching colors to HOA pool cabana. 

Shower Renovation (Marble, Porcelain, Glass)

Client retained Largo Green Inc (LG) to design new shower with a frameless glass door & marble shower stall. LG accompanied client to Floor & Decor, and Home Depot, to assist client decide on material choices. After careful demolition, LG was certain to thoroughly water proof all components.

Stone Stacked Kitchen Backsplash

Client retained Largo Green, Inc. (LG) to install stacked stones on her new kitchen backsplash. The stones were primarily white and in small sections so LG had plenty of cuts and measurements to perform. LG expertly set up the layout by using squares, levels, & years of stone mason experience. LG alternated the stone sections so as not to build a repeating pattern, as client wanted a random natural look. 
Brite-white, non-sanded, grout and white caulking were applied throughout the final configuration to close cracks, gas, or irregularities in the stone edges. In the kitchen, LG used a primer specially deigned for glazed tile, that eliminated the messy demolition step. The adhesive made the stone stick to the existing tile effectively.

Custom Cedar Lined Closet

Largo Green (LG) converted a small closet into a spacious walk-in closet with multiple customized features. Client purchased a 30-year-old high rise condo that had very small rooms, doorways, & low ceilings. LG expanded the spaces, combining rooms into larger ones, closets into inviting walk-ins, & raised the ceilings by 18". The custom closet was built of red oak hardwood, & fully lined in cedar, top to bottom.

Painting General

Largo Green (LG) delivered new painting to several interior rooms for this new construction project. Prep work required extensive sheetrock sanding inside. LG used KILZ to thoroughly prime the freshly bedded sheetrock walls. KILZ was perfect since client's home sat directly bayside with extra humidity.
