Water Leak 4th-Floor Balcony Townhouse

Largo Green (LG) solved a problem 3 other contractors could not. Client's nightmare was a reoccurring bedroom ceiling leak that was a nuisance for years. LG found 4th floor slate hadn't been installed nor sealed properly. LG removed the old mortar & cement sub flooring, rebuilt balcony corner at leak origination, & added thick moisture barrier. LG installed new tiles & flashing, then sealed it all with the strongest lacquer available.

Water Line (ruptured) Replaced

Client hired Largo Green (LG) to repair ruptured water line in condominium utility closet. Ceiling had collapsed under the water leaked pressure. Mold was pervasive. Galvanized piping was nearly 40 years old. LG removed the rusted through pipes & installed Pex tubing to upgrade the plumbing configuration.

Plumbing Hot Water Lines Replaced

Client was Property Management company who owned 13 investment condominiums 40 years old. Galvanized pipes failed. LG’s worked on the 2 hot water lines. LG removed the 3/4" & 1/2" compromised galvanized lines. LG replaced the hot water lines with Uponor Pex lines. The client was quite pleased, LG delivered a long-lasting solution with the new PEX configurations.

Balcony Door Leak

This was 5th project for this Client. Largo Green (LG) examined moisture readings all around areas of this 3rd floor balcony door. Client informed LG of water leaks. LG removed all sealants under & around the door threshold, outside railing anchors, & underneath door’s thresold in atic crawl space. LG applied 100% silicone sealant in all areas. 

Flash Flood Remediation 20-story HighRise Condo

Client used Largo Green (LG) to perform initial emergency response, then water remediation for this flood damage. The call came in the middle of night on a weekend! LG mobilized immediately and was able to hold back most of the impeding water. LG coordinated multiple resources to prevent massive damage. 

Water Leak Balcony

Client had growing water leak from top floor balcony. Largo Green (LG) discovered faulty seals at edges of balcony next to house flashing & around stairwell. LG uncovered 1" wide gaps between balcony edges & subfloor. LG removed tiles to repair the edges & added several layers of strong sealants: roofing tar, silicone, moisture barrier, & Lacquer. The end result was a safe, secure, & sealed balcony.

Plumbing - Thermostatic Mixing Valve

Largo Green (LG) replaced heavily corroded Hansgrohe thermostatic mixing valve. Cause was 40 year old, galvanized pipes in 20-story, high-rise condo builfing. Faulty valve was affectinf several other condos. LG found the only remaining Hansgrohe mixing valve available in Houston over the Christmas holiday, switched out the old with the new, & saved this client hundreds of dollars in fines.

Water Leak Kitchen Restoration

Client retained Largo Green Inc. (LG) to restore a condominium's kitchen/dining room after a neighbor leaked water. LG completed the demolition of sheetrock, mirrored wall, & countertops, rebuilt the walls, including wall insulation. LG replaced sink cabinet, rebuilt kitchen counter, sourced exact marble tiles, & added matching trim. LG textured/painted walls, added crown molding, baseboards, & reattached appliances.

Gas Fireplace Repairs/Upgradesa

This was 9th project for this Largo Green (LG) client. Gas fireplace had been idle for years. LG checked/cleaned the flue, chimney, gas line, pilot light, starter, & remote. LG added glowing embers & crystals, painted inside bricks & metal, cleaned both glass panels thoroughly, & installed a new remote.

Water Leaks Resolution

Client suffered through multiple water leaks manifested in ceilings, attic areas, & doorways. Largo Green (LG) troubleshot & resolved sources of leaks, then repaired damages. LG tested water flow and LG pinpointed openings: balcony tile cracks, unsealed roof vents, and wall siding vulnerabilities. LG filled all cracks & openings with deep-seeded silicon, then industrial strength grout-caulking. Finally, LG added a Lacquer sealant.

Balcony Water Leak 4-story Townhouse

Largo Green (LG) solved the mystery of where water leak originated. Balcony slate tiles were cracked & mortar was damp underneath. Real culprit was the metal flashing that was rusted through, allowing water penetration at common wall & down into Client's attic. LG removed old mortar, flashing, siding, & tiles. LG applied thick moisture barrier, then a thick 2 coats of lacquer sealer.

Hurricane Harvey dumped 4 feet of water on this client. Largo Green Inc. (LG) started with nothing but a slab & brick walls. LG rebuilt the counters with granite, installed cabinets, sourced appliances, & installed travertine floor Then LG completed the electrical, plumbing, and tankless hot water heater installation.

New Gas Line Gas Range

Client hired Largo Green (LG) to add a gas line for her new gas stove. LG connected to the gas line in the attic 50' away. LG had to navigate through 2 HVAC systems, a Hot Water Tank, & multiple turns through multiple walls to reach the gas stove below. LG carefully threaded, sealed, & tested all gas line connections LG upgraded, installed & tested all electrical connections.
